3. The high amplitude of the rotor due to faults such as unbalance, misalignment, oil film oscillation, fluid excitation, etc. will cause friction, burn, scratches, and fraying of the bearing bush. To this end, we must first eliminate the factors that cause large vibrations and replace worn bearings.
4. The bearing area of the thrust bearing design is too small, the compressor is overpressured, the wheel cover seal, the inter-stage seal or the inter-stage seal is damaged, resulting in excessive axial force, which will wear or melt the tiles.
5. Insufficient or interrupted lubricating oil supply will cause accidents such as friction between the journal and the bearing, melting or even holding the shaft; damage to the air filter of the fuel tank or the filter screen of the oil supply system, the bearing oil is not clean, causing the oil hole to block, Bearing wear; the effect of the oil cooler deteriorates, the oil inlet temperature is high, the oil viscosity decreases, the bearing is deformed, causing rotor vibration, and the bearing is scratched; the oil supply pressure is too low to establish a normal oil film; the lubricating oil carries water and destroys the oil film. Corrosion of journals and bearings. These problems cause bearing damage. For this, the oil cooler must be repaired or enlarged, the filter replaced, and the lubricating oil must be replaced.
